Minor consultations for returning clients are always free.

Loyalty Perks

1) REFERRALS: For each new referral, a $10 credit will be applied to your client file, once the referred client has booked and received at least a shampoo, cut, & style. (NOTE: For men referrals, it will be 2 referrals, for a $10 credit). The credit should be used on your next appointment since they can’t be accumulated to receive a free service. This is a “Thank You" gift from me to show appreciation.

Just a few rules to follow...

  1. Your friends must be new clients

  2. Your friends must provide us with your name when scheduling their appointments

  3. Your friends must keep their scheduled appointments and the salon services of at least a shampoo, cut, & style per person.

2) DISCOUNTS:

1. 5-10 year clients: Receive a 10% discount on all retail purchased in the salon. Cannot be combined with other sales/discounts.

2. 10+ years: Receive a 20% discount on all retail purchased in the salon. Cannot be combined with other sales/discounts. ALSO, a special deep conditioning treatment is yours for the asking, during birthday month. I’ll just need to know what month that is and it be recorded in your file.

NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY

The first “without notice” cancelation or no-show will be eligible for a fee waiver, since I know that unexpected things happen to all of us from time to time. When you’re ready to reschedule, you will be required to place a card on file and pay a deposit at the time of scheduling. If the second appointment is missed, or cancelled WITHOUT a 24 hour notice, you will NOT be eligible for a deposit refund. If you reschedule (at that time) for another day, or time, with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to the balance of your next appointment.

For late arrivals, your hourly charges will begin at your originally scheduled time and if we are required to extend the appointment (if time permits) an additional prorated hourly rate will apply. My hourly fee begins at $75, and could (depending on the service) be as high as $200.

MEMO: Emergencies do come when we least expect them. I will always work with you and take into account any unforeseeable event beyond your control.
